Day 19 of #rolexwhiskybestof2024 and I got to say enjoying the 50 year old #benromach with my dear friend @gordonandmacphailstephen in Vegas was a huge highlight. Benromach makes amazing #scotchwhisky BUT this 50 year flies at a whole other level of sophistication for a #vintagewhisky. Pineapples, citrus peel, a little strawberry and a wee hint of smoke just make this #whisky amazing. Only at @universalwhisky do you get to enjoy pours like this. #scotch #rarewhisky #singlemaltwhisky @benromach

Day 18 of #rolexwhiskybestof2024 and what an insane day with @balveniecm at @thebalvenie distillery drinking the #balvenie 40 year old whisky. I mean the 40 just commands so much flavor and decadence in the dram that you really don’t want the moment to end. We had some other great whiskies that day too, but the Balvenie 40 really is spectacular. #scotch #scotchwhisky #singlemaltwhisky

So grateful to add the new 2024 @michterswhiskey 20 year old to my collection.

It’s friggen nuts I have almost all the #michters releases since 2014, I said almost all, I got a few gaps to fill 🤪.

What an amazing journey I have been fortunate to have with Michters since the beginning of my @rolexwhisky journey. They are family to me, and I am so proud of all their achievements, as they all have worked so incredibly hard from day one.

Oh man it’s been a minute since I had quality time with my day 1 friend @koray_whisky. He was in town doing some fun @thedalmore tastings and we ended up cruising around San Diego enjoying some great #cocktails and #whiskies. I keep my circle tight and Koray and I bonded from day 1. Day 12 of #rolexwhiskybestof2024 and F me these @portellendistillery twins aka Gemini was a moment in my #whisky life that I really tried to slow down and just savor it. The 44-Year-Old #whiskies were drawn from three exceptional 1978 European Oak casks, specifically selected long ago for this new experiment. The whisky was then split into two bottles which took diverging paths of maturation; Port Ellen Gemini Original and Port Ellen Gemini Remnant. Yeah this was definitely a #micdrop moment in my #whiskylife and a huge highlight of 2024. Having @todbradburyedinburgh and @dazhaldane there with me too and seeing Port Ellen right before it reopened was just unreal. #scotch #scotchwhisky #vintagewhisky
