A New York City hospitality veteran of 20 years, Tommy has kept his finger on the pulse of this fast-paced and ever-changing industry. His vision to create a sophisticated venue for food and spirits connoisseurs was realized when he opened The Flatiron Room in 2012.

Tommy has made television appearances on Bloomberg, Fox News, Business Insider, and Wealth TV to speak about his venues and trends in the industry. He has also been featured in Robb Report, Worth Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Modern Luxury, Social Life Magazine, and Departures, among many others. He has vast knowledge about food and spirits and an even stronger passion for learning more. 

He regularly teaches classes on whiskey at both of his restaurants and at locations throughout the world. He sits on the Board of Directors for the NoMad Alliance and serves as a long-standing judge for the New York International Spirits Competition.
